BetPKR Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistani Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and BetPKR ("BetPKR", "we", "us", "our"), operating the online betting and gaming platform available at betpkr.run. By accessing the BetPKR website, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through BetPKR, including sports betting, live casino games, virtual sports, and all promotional offers. Where specific product terms exist — for example, for the VIP Club or individual bonuses — those terms apply in addition to these General Terms. In the event of any conflict, product-specific terms take precedence.

BetPKR reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, registered players will be notified by email or via an on-screen notification before the changes take effect. Continued use of BetPKR after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2.1 Eligibility

To register an account at BetPKR and place bets on any product, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a resident of a jurisdiction where use of BetPKR is not prohibited by applicable law.
• Not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling platform, including BetPKR itself.
• Be acting entirely on your own behalf — not as an agent, proxy or representative of any other person or entity.
• Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of BetPKR or any of its affiliated partners.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account at BetPKR. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, address, phone number, email address, payment method, device, or IP address — will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts. Any balances held in duplicate accounts, including pending withdrawals and bonus funds, will be forfeited. BetPKR uses automated systems to detect duplicate registrations and investigates suspicious patterns on an ongoing basis.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when registering at BetPKR. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and email address. Providing false information — particularly regarding your age — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

BetPKR may request identity verification documents at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or where unusual account activity is detected. Standard verification requires a copy of a valid government-issued ID (CNIC, passport or driving licence) and, in some cases, proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. BetPKR complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the requested timeframe may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is complete.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

BetPKR accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied at any stage.

3.2 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit at BetPKR is Rs 100 across all supported payment methods.
• Deposits are credited to your BetPKR wallet within one to three minutes for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) and within the same business day for IBFT transfers.
• You may only deposit from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be reversed.
• BetPKR does not charge a deposit fee on any method. Your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which BetPKR bears no responsibility.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal at BetPKR is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by BetPKR's payments team.
• Accounts must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal requests submitted to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically completed within five minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours.
• IBFT withdrawals process same-day during standard banking hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 PKT) and next working day otherwise.
• BetPKR reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests exceeding Rs 100,000. These checks are completed within 24 hours in the vast majority of cases.

3.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Where a withdrawal is requested before wagering is complete, the bonus portion of the balance and associated winnings will be removed before the withdrawal is processed. Real-money stakes that were deposited separately are not affected by bonus wagering requirements.

4.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed at BetPKR are final once confirmed. You are responsible for checking all details — including selection, stake, odds format, and market type — before confirming. BetPKR does not accept requests to cancel a bet after confirmation except in limited circumstances described in Section 8 (Fair Play).

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum bet at BetPKR is Rs 100. Maximum single-bet and accumulator limits vary by sport, market and event type. Limits may be reduced for individual accounts where BetPKR determines that doing so is appropriate based on betting patterns or risk management. Current limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.

4.3 In-Play Betting

BetPKR offers in-play (live) betting on selected sports events. Odds during in-play are subject to more frequent changes and the platform may suspend markets briefly for odds recalculation following key match events. Bets placed during a suspension window will be rejected and your stake returned. Network latency on your side does not entitle you to claim a bet was placed before an event that has already occurred.

4.4 Ante-Post and Futures Betting

For ante-post markets (bets placed before an event with a future settlement date), BetPKR's standard rules apply at the time of settlement. Where an event is cancelled, postponed beyond 48 hours, or significantly altered, stakes will be returned unless the relevant market rules state otherwise.

4.5 Postponed and Abandoned Events

• If a match is postponed and played within 48 hours of its original start time, bets will stand.
• If a match is postponed beyond 48 hours, all bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• If a match is abandoned after commencement, the market settlement rules for the specific sport apply. Cricket matches abandoned due to weather after a minimum number of overs are settled according to standard DLS-compatible rules.

BetPKR runs a range of promotional offers throughout the year. All offers are subject to these General Terms plus the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

5.1 Eligibility for Promotions

Unless stated otherwise, promotions at BetPKR are available to registered, verified players with accounts in good standing. Some promotions are restricted to players in specific VIP tiers, players who have made a qualifying deposit within a specific time window, or players who have opted in through the relevant mechanism on the promotions page.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds at BetPKR are subject to wagering requirements stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be bet before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Bets placed on markets with odds below 1.40 (decimal) do not count towards wagering requirements. Accumulators contribute at the rate stated in the individual promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

BetPKR monitors bonus activity and reserves the right to withhold bonus funds, reverse bonus-derived winnings, or close accounts where we determine that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to minimise risk while fulfilling wagering requirements, or exploiting a technical error in bonus crediting.

The BetPKR VIP Club has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Membership is automatic — players earn progress toward higher tiers through qualifying bets placed across all BetPKR products. Tier thresholds and the qualifying bet criteria are published on the VIP Club page at /vip-club.

6.1 Weekly Cashback

VIP Club members receive weekly cashback on net losses calculated over the Monday-to-Sunday period. Cashback is credited every Monday by 12:00 PKT. Cashback paid under the VIP Club carries no wagering requirement — it can be withdrawn immediately or used for betting. Cashback rates are: Bronze 2%, Silver 5%, Gold 8%, Platinum 12%, Diamond 15%.

6.2 Tier Maintenance

Tier levels are reviewed quarterly. A player who does not meet the qualifying activity threshold for their current tier during a review period will be moved to the tier matching their activity level. Players are notified before a tier downgrade takes effect.

6.3 VIP Benefits

Additional VIP benefits — including enhanced odds on selected markets, faster withdrawal processing, and dedicated account managers at Platinum and Diamond tiers — are provided as a service and are not contractually guaranteed. BetPKR reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue specific benefits with reasonable notice.

BetPKR's live casino section — including all live baccarat, roulette and other live dealer game tables — is governed by the rules of the specific game in addition to these Terms. Game rules are accessible during each game session through the information panel on the table interface.

7.1 Technical Disconnection

If your internet connection is interrupted during a live casino round after your bet has been confirmed, the round will continue without your input and will be settled according to its natural result. BetPKR is not liable for losses resulting from disconnection on the player's side. Where a technical failure occurs on BetPKR's side that prevents a round from completing, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.

7.2 Dealer Errors

Live dealer games are operated by trained professional dealers. In the rare event of a dealer error — incorrect card dealing, miscalculation of totals, or procedural mistake — the affected round will be voided and all bets returned. Decisions made by BetPKR's live casino team regarding void rounds are final.

7.3 System Errors and Incorrect Odds

BetPKR reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or under conditions that were the result of a technical error, data feed failure, or software malfunction, even if that error was not immediately apparent at the time of bet placement. Where such voids occur, the stake amount will be returned to your BetPKR wallet in full.

BetPKR is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent betting environment for all players. The following practices are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Placing bets using knowledge of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of organised result manipulation.
• Using automated betting software, bots, or algorithms to gain an unfair advantage in markets or promotions.
• Exploiting pricing errors, technical glitches, or incorrectly offered odds deliberately and systematically.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes in live casino games or peer-facing gaming products.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other location-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or account limitations.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using BetPKR accounts for purposes unrelated to genuine gambling activity.

BetPKR takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The platform is designed for entertainment — not as a source of income, and not as a way to resolve financial difficulties. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their betting activity responsibly.

9.1 Available Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit ceilings directly from your account dashboard. Increases take 24 hours to take effect; reductions apply immediately.
• Loss Limits: Cap the net amount you can lose per day, week or month. Applied immediately when set.
• Session Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications reminding you of how long your current session has been active.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a break from BetPKR for a period of 24 hours to 30 days. During a cool-off, your account remains open but you cannot place bets or make deposits.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and request that BetPKR prevents you from re-registering. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of six months.

9.2 Underage Gambling Prevention

BetPKR strictly prohibits gambling by anyone under 18. Age verification is carried out at account level and during withdrawal requests. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling services.

BetPKR collects and processes personal data as necessary to operate the platform, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and improve the service. By registering at BetPKR you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent in relation to marketing communications at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Withdrawal of consent for data processing required for legal compliance or fraud prevention may result in account closure.

BetPKR uses SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmission. Sensitive personal and financial data is stored on secured servers with access controls. BetPKR does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

BetPKR provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to ensure reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for losses arising from service outages, data feed errors, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BetPKR's aggregate liability to any player in relation to any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made to that player's account in the 90-day period preceding the claim.

BetPKR is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits or winnings claimed to have been prevented by platform downtime or error. This limitation does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Pakistani law.

BetPKR may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes — those that affect your rights or obligations as a player — will be communicated to registered players via email and/or an on-screen notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Minor changes (corrections, clarifications, formatting updates) may be applied without advance notice.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at /terms-conditions. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page indicates when the current version was last updated.

If you do not agree with any change to these Terms, you must notify BetPKR before the effective date and close your account. Continued use of BetPKR after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
